For at blive taget i betragtning, skal der laves en ansøgning, der har et støttebrev fra DOPF som tillæg. Er du derfor interesseret i at medvirke til udvikling internationalt indenfor onkologi, palliation og lymfødem, kan du kontakte Tenna Askjær fra DOPF via DOPF@fysio.dk

DOPF vil gerne opfordre alle medlemmer til at overveje at ansøge.
OBS deadline for ansøgning er 10. januar 2020. Du må forvente behandlingstid fra DOPF ang. følgebrev, så kontakt derfor DOPF i god tid før den 10. januar.

 

International Physical Therapists for HIV/AIDS, Oncology, Hospice & Palliative Care (IPT-HOPE)
Call for Nominations for Committee Leads and Committee Members - Fall 2019

The Executive Board of IPT-HOPE invites nominations for Leads and also Members for the following Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and Committees. The expectation is that each of the IPT-HOPE Liaisons will nominate Physical Therapists from their country to lead or serve on the following committees.

SIGs
●  Oncology SIG (Lead and Members)
●  Hospice & Palliative Care SIG (Members)
●  Lymphoedema SIG (Lead and Members)
●  HIV/AIDS SIG (Members)
●  Paediatric SIG (Lead and Members) 


Committees
●  Foundation Grants Committee (Lead and Members)
●  Member Organisation Recruitment Committee (Lead and Members)
●  Marketing and Advertising Committee (Lead and Members)
●  WCPT Congress Planning Committee (Lead and Members)
●  Quarterly Online Education Sessions Committee (Lead and Members)
●  Continuing Education Credit Coursework Committee (Lead and Members)
●  Nominations Committee (Members)


Interested individuals must be nominated by their Member Organization Liaison to Lead or serve on these committees. Leads and Members will serve a 4-year term (with the possibility of an additional 4-year term), as supported by the Executive Board. For role descriptions of the Committees, please refer to Table 1.

Eligibility: Only physical therapists who are from member organisations and in good standing with a WCPT IPT-HOPE, are eligible to be appointed by Liaisons as Leads and members.

Application requirements:
Individuals wishing to serve as Committee Leads should submit the following documentation:
●  A cover letter application indicating which committee and Lead role you wish to fill.
●  A one-page Vision Statement for the chosen Committee.
●  Your curriculum vitae (max 4 A4 pages, Arial 10).
●  A letter of support from the IPT-HOPE member organisation liaison (kontakt: DOPF@fysio.dk att. Tenna Askjær)

Individuals wishing to serve as Committee Members should submit the following documentation:
●  A cover letter application indicating which committee in which they wish to serve.
●  A curriculum vitae (max 4 A4 pages, Arial 10).
●  A one-page statement of experiences and skills they have that will support the 
committee.
●  A letter of support from the IPT-HOPE member organisation liaison (kontakt: DOPF@fysio.dk att. Tenna Askjær)
